Battle System Original? Theolized BS?

Di post ini wa mau nyampein unek-unek masalah yang biasa dialami RMer. Ngga dikit dari RMer gitu pengen bikin battle system original kan? Yup, gue juga salah satu yang pengen bikin battle system original. Meski make konsep yang sama, (SBS, ABS, ATB), setidaknya gue bisa bikin semuanya itu dari enol. Nah...

Kenapa harus repot-repot bikin sendiri? Bukannya udah ada ya script battle system?

Gw udah coba (walau engga sepenuhnya) battle systemnya orang. Dari tankentai (VX atawa Ace), Battle Symphony, Basimple BS punya Molegato (walau cuman instruksinya), Fomar ATB (rada buggy), Victor Animated Battler, Jet viewed battle, ama Yanfly Visual Battler.

Kebanyakan dari masalah yang gw temuin itu adalah, gw ngga paham apa yang mereka pikirin. Bagaimana mereka ngebikin konfigurasi dan punya potensi apa aja. Akhirnya gw mau ga mau harus ikutin aturan mereka kan? Gw pengen bikin aturan sendiri yang dimana gw paham betul fungsi dan potensinya. Disini gw bercita-cita bikin battle system sendiri.

Trus, punya lu apa bedanya dengan punya orang lain dong?

Seperti yang udah gw katain sebelumnya. Gw paham script gw sendiri. Mau gw taruhin apa aja ya semau gw. Disitu keunggulannya. Lol, gw ogah belajar script orang juga. Seringan gw ngga paham apa yg mereka pikirin. Mending edit RTP plus logika sendiri.
Lha kalo gitu ya cuman elu aja yang make -_-

Emang. Gw maunya bikin script ini introvert. Ane ngga peduli kompatibilitas. Ane ngga mau terkekang dengan aturan kompatibilitas script lain (kecuali script ane sendiri), konfigurasi yang enak dan ga ngerepotin atawa segala macam hal. Ya lantaran sih ane masi belajar soal namanya battle system gan.

Ada rencana disebar publik ga?

Insya Allah, kalo semisal gw udah bisa bikin module, konfigurasi enak, dan gw udah hafal system battlenya di RPG Maker, ane rencana sebarin publik kok. Well, prototypenya tetep wa sebarin. Tapi wa ngga jamin support paling entar

Udah sejak kapan belajar gini?

Kalau diitung dari belajar sih, wa belajar dari oktober 2012 itu pertama kali megang Ruby. Yah, kira-kira buat bikin battle system kalo ukuran orang macem gw ya minimal setaun. Entah kalau orang lain.

Teruskan gan, ane tunggu perkembangannya :D

  2. Currently existing sideview battle systems and ATB are great,but they are a litlle buggy,or lack something... Of all the ATB Cwinter is my favorite,it is very compatible and some minor issues,sadly the autor of the script is inactive since last year. Victor one is great too,but it has a lot of bugs and it is not very compatible with other scripts,Victor is busy with something so he is not very active latelly. Of the sideview battles,Kread ex is for me the best battle system,compatible with a lot script (except with those that manages battlers) support 2 weapons animations,it uses battle animations for actors and enemies. Galv is very good,it is pretty basic compared to Victor Sant and Kread ex scripts,but you can use animations for skills like cover. I dint know thar you had a battle system,im going to try it tomorrow. Excuse my for my bad English and greetings from Argentina.

    1. It's okay, I understand. I'm also sorry if my post is written in Indonesian. Let me translate it for you.

      First, why do you need original battle system? There're many existed battle sistem scripts already?

      I've seen many battle systems out there. But most of them have too much instructions to know. The script user should read a bunch of texts. Maybe it's okay for native english speaker. But not me. Hence, one of my life purpose is make my own original battle system began.

      So... what's the difference among the existing battle system scripts?

      I wrote it, and I should now how to use, the potentials, and its flaws. It means that it would be my private script. Of course that's for my personal use. Maybe, I will make it for public. But, I don't really care about compatibility and support. So deal with it.

      Well, that's the point of my post above

  3. halo theo, sy udah 3 tahun vakum rpg maker nih, jd biarpun dulu uda sempet ngutak ngutik ruby, sekarang uda hampir lupa smua. mau tanya di script side view battle mu yg keren ini. sy blum bs nemuin config buat ngatur jml party jd 4 orang. (kalao ngatur posisinya sih uda ketemu lgsg). bs tolong dibantu?

    terus berhub sy lebih ke designer, jd pengen ngedit battle windownya. itu terletak dimana ya config buat battle windownya? thanks sblumnya.

    1. Kalo mau nambahin anggota battle mah, tinggal tambahin aja jumlah posisinya. Itu defaultnya kan ada 3, ya tinggal tambahin jadi 4.

      Kalo soal ngatur window, script gw ngga ngatur begituan. Coba cari script lain
